English info
Gnóm! Publishing House was established in Prague in 2016. Its main aim is to introduce outstanding works of world speculative fiction to Czech readers in excellent translation and high-quality design.
Our motto: Small books, great imagination. A pocket publishing company for grown-up dreamers. We publish solitary works loaded with imagination and ideas, formally falling under a “genre” (sci-fi, horror, fantasy), but from the literary point of view comparable with “the most beautiful” belles-lettres.
Shipping abroad
Do we ship overseas? Yes! The mighty Czech Post is able to reach you in any country all over the world! However, because this state-owned company somehow remains a little bit kafkaesque (please be aware that we are shipping from the city Franz Kafka was born in!), we never know beforehand how much the shipping cost will be. For your rare overseas shipping requests, please, contact us fearlessly through some of the contacts on our contacting contact page.
